Experience

Before launching Luminous Growth Marketing, I spent over 20 years leading brand and digital marketing at some of the world's most recognized consumer brands.

I began at Levi's in San Francisco, spending 7 years leading digital brand and marketing, before moving to Portland to join Nike, where I spent 11 years leading global digital brand strategy and scaling the women's business to nearly $1B. From there, I directed integrated marketing at Banfield Pet Hospitals, connecting brand storytelling with customer experience across digital channels.

Today, I bring that lens to founder-led brands, translating vision into strategy and execution that actually holds.
